REFUND POLICY

We offer refunds on eligible purchases within 7 days of purchase.
Refund eligibility:
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of placing your order
• Requests must be sent to info@mzbeegraceandgrind.com (update if needed)
• If your order has not yet been processed, fulfilled, or delivered, a full refund will be issued
• If your order has already been completed, fulfilled, or delivered, it cannot be canceled or refunded
Service & Delivery Timeline:
Mz Bee Grace & Grind provides services and/or products with estimated completion or delivery timelines. These timelines are estimates only and may vary due to scheduling, workload, or external factors. Completion or delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Digital Products / Services:
Due to the nature of digital products and services, once access has been granted or work has begun, orders may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund unless otherwise stated.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Issues with Orders:
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or completion with details and supporting information. We will review and determine whether a replacement, correction, or refund is appropriate.
Non-returnable items:
Completed services, downloaded digital products, and custom work are not eligible for refunds once delivered or accessed.
Refund processing:
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
